Debit or Credit Cards
We take security of your card details seriously, tha’s why we are affilliated with PayPal the most secure payment process.

If you do not have a PayPall account don’t worry! We will process your payment trough PayPal terminal in the same way as any other virtual payments, you will need to insert your cards details as card number, expiry dates and CVV (the security number behind the card)

We accept the majority of debit and credit cards as American Express, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo and Arcadia Group Store Cards.

If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

The prices shown on our website include VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.

The actual price charged to customers outside the European monetary union will be subject to the exchange rate applied by their credit or debit card company. There is no customs/import duty on the movement of goods within the European union so it is unlikely that any customs/import duty will arise on your order if you are a customer in the European union but if any duty is payable, you will be liable for it. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order..

There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order dependent on what delivery option you have chosen:

UK standard delivery 60 minutes after completing your order.

Express Delivery 15 minutes after completing your order.

All other delivery options 30 minutes after completing your order.

If you still want to cancel your order sign into your account. Look at your last order – if the button next to it says ‘cancel/view’, you still have time to cancel it by clicking that button. The status will change to ‘cancelled’.

When you place an order with WOVO, the funds are reserved for us – we don’t actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent to our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we don’t take the money however it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

If the ‘cancel/view’ button is not available, it’s too late for you or our customer care team to cancel your order. You can return your order to us once you’ve received it.

What information do we collect?
We ask for your name, telephone number, home address, email address. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address, and payment method details.

We may also send you from time to time (by email or post) information about products and services and details of promotions and special offers.
